Georgia's OFFICIAL Weather Prognosticator, General Beauregard Lee, did NOT see his shadow this morning which means what we already know, we'll have an early spring.
Since today was another gorgeous sunny day with a high of 72, like Ami said this morning on Facebook, this little feller could have slept in.
