Vanilla Ricotta Cheesecake

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 packets Truvia
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 vanilla bean 
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  • Mix well, pour into baking dish, bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

P.S. IKEA oven mitt says "hi!"
