Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

We're having our Thanksgiving luncheon at work tomorrow and I decided I'd try this different spin on the cheese ball.

A chocolate chip cheese ball.

Yum.

This is how you make it!

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
3/4 c confectioner's sugar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 c semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 c chopped pecans

In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in confectioner's sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for two hours.

Shape chilled cream cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap with plastic and chill in the refrigerator another hour.

Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans and serve.

I'm serving mine with chocolate Teddy Grahams. :)
